  • What is the return policy?

    Outside the legal period of reflection on the purchase, for which the return is the responsibility of the customer, if a product is non-compliant, after receipt of the product returned to the company and finding of the non-compliance, the product will be replaced by the society.

  • How can I modify an order that I have already placed?

  • To modify an order already placed, if it has not yet left the company, just write to the company’s email address explaining the changes to be made. The company will take into account the desired changes for the shipment. If there is an invoice modification, a new invoice will be issued, to be paid before shipment if there is a surplus. If it is a credit note, it will be used on a future purchase

  • Are there any international taxes, duties, etc… that I have to pay?

    Depending on the country, there are customs taxes to be honored that our carrier will claim from you in exchange for the products. For more information, refer to the customs site of your country of purchase. For example for France there is only VAT to pay, no customs taxes, the product coming from Madagascar. In most countries, small quantity shipments are exempt from customs tax, except as a general rule. If you can’t find the information, email the company address, and we’ll search for you.

  • When will I receive my order?

    Your order will be shipped within 2 days, validated by payment to the company’s account. The delivery time depends on the country of destination and is not the responsibility of the company, nor of its choice. The providers chosen depending on the country are experts in express parcels, so allow between 5 and 10 days maximum for products in stock. For pre-sales, the shipping dates are indicated in the text of the product.

  • What if I never received my order?

    If you have never received your order, please report it by email to the company and the company will take over to search for the product and, if necessary, replace it if it is lost, at the company’s expense.

  • What if I received a defective order?

    The company is responsible until the order leaves. The products are checked and packaged with care. If the package is defective, make a reservation immediately upon receipt (damaged, torn, open package, etc.) and inform the company by email which will take charge of following up on the claim with the service provider. If the product is defective in the package, which is very unlikely, take a photo and send a complaint to the company which will take charge of the replacement, at its expense in the event of validation of non-compliance.

  • Where are you located?

    Our company SO PREPPY is located in Madagascar, near the IVATO airport, in Ambohibao, 15 km from the capital Antananarivo. Click on contact for more details.

  • How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?

    The materials chosen by Angele. H for the dresses come mostly from Europe, created in partnership with the suppliers, sometimes exclusively for the brand. Mainly in 100% cotton, they are all certified Oeko-tex, a pledge of respect for the environment and people. Dresses and similar products are assembled in our factories in Madagascar by our 700 on-site employees.

    The 100% Cashmere sweaters are the subject of special attention, Angèle.H having taken the side of luxury, she selects the best cashmere in the world for these. Most of the suppliers are listed in the product description for reference. The production is carried out in the associated workshop of Angele. H with its 150 experienced knitters, in Madagascar.
