• To be eligible for return or exchange, products must have tags attached, show no signs of wear, and be unwashed.
• Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
• Returned products must be received and checked at our warehouse before a refund can be processed. Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.
• Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
• You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Be sure to include:

• The order number
• If you are requesting a return or an exchange
• The reason for your return or exchange (this feedback is important to us!)
• The item(s) you would like to exchange for, if applicable

One of our Customer Experience Specialists will confirm the details of the return/exchange and provide a pre-paid shipping label.
